SABIAN 16″ B8X Marching Band Cymbal Pair
The SABIAN 16″ B8X delivers a bright, focused attack with the weight and durability needed for consistent recording and live capture in ensemble tracking sessions. Medium-heavy hammered B8 Bronze construction cuts through ensemble texture without sacrificing projection or reliability. These cymbals are engineered for home studios and production setups that require dependable cymbal sound night after night during tracking and overdubs.
Sound & Projection
B8X technology produces a full, bright tone designed to carry across multiple drum and percussion tracks in the mix. The focused sound character ensures clarity when layered with other percussion voices and instrumental elements, making these cymbals effective for both traditional and contemporary production applications.
Build & Durability
Hammered B8 Bronze in medium-heavy weight provides a robust platform that withstands the demands of regular studio tracking sessions and extended recording work. At approximately 3 kg per pair, the cymbal weight offers sufficient momentum for articulate stick work and consistent takes while remaining manageable for long sessions and repeated takes.
