SABIAN 22″ STRATUS RIDE
The 22″ STRATUS RIDE captures articulate definition with a warm, musical character that responds intuitively to dynamic stick work. Its medium-light weight balances responsiveness with control, performing effectively as both a steady timekeeper and a dynamic textural voice in the mix. Built for the modern production session seeking sonic versatility without sacrificing clarity, this ride cuts through a dense mix while maintaining musicality.
Tone & Acoustic Character
This ride is engineered for articulate playing with a warm undertone that builds into a controlled wash with a strong, clear bell. The design prioritizes musical spread and definition—essential for a ride that must track cleanly as a primary time voice while staying expressive enough to layer texturally within a recording.
Construction & Build Quality
Forged from B20 bronze using high-impact hammering, the STRATUS delivers the tonal complexity and durability expected of professional-grade cymbals. The traditional finish and 2364-gram weight establish a balanced, responsive platform that translates consistently across recording sessions and mixed contexts.
