Rip Van Winkle (Robert Pollard) – Blasphemy (Vinyl LP)

Rip Van Winkle (Robert Pollard) Blasphemy on LP

The new Rip Van Winkle album is rad. Blasphemy – A performance by Rip Van Winkle: concept, script and lyrics by Robert Pollard.

Blasphemy is reminiscent of the no-holds-barred experimentalism of Vampire on Titus. It’s a rich, textured sonic tapestry… a knife’s-edge acid trip, the craziest, weirdest thing Bob has made i a long time.
