Cadence is an analog triple-decay envelope generator with a fixed, ultra-fast attack and voltage-controllable decay time. Designed with snappy exponential curves, each envelope is ideal for sculpting punchy, percussive soundsperfect for driving VCAs and low-pass gates.

Each of the three envelopes can be triggered independently and features CV control over decay time, along with a dedicated End-of-Decay trigger output. The trigger inputs are level-sensitive below 5V, allowing incoming trigger amplitude to influence the envelopes output, adding natural velocity dynamics to your patches.

The Link switches connect each channels trigger input to the End-of-Decay output of the envelope above it, while still allowing external trigger signals. This clever routing enables evolving ratcheting effects and complex rhythms. Linking all three envelopes transforms Cadence into a self-contained trigger sequencer, where decay time determines step lengthno external clock needed.
