Martin VDO Sceptron Tube Smoked Diffuser 1000mm

Martin VDO Sceptron Tube Smoked Diffuser 1000mm

This 1000mm tube diffuser mounts directly to VDO Sceptron LED fixtures with tool-free quick-clip attachment, enabling rapid setup and teardown during recording sessions. The smoked polycarbonate finish diffuses and spreads light output across a wide field, giving you precise control over beam character and shadow softness—critical for achieving clean, flattering light on talent, instruments, and set pieces in studio and location recording environments.

Design & Build Quality

Built from durable polycarbonate with a smoke-tinted optical finish that preserves color fidelity while expanding light spread across the recording space. Quick-clip attachment points enable installation and removal in seconds, eliminating setup overhead and leaving no mechanical or electrical components to troubleshoot between takes.

Optical Performance & Coverage

The 180-degree viewing angle ensures balanced light diffusion across the fixture’s full output range, softening intensity while distributing illumination to fill larger areas of your recording set. The 1000mm (39.37-inch) length aligns with full-size VDO Sceptron bars, delivering consistent, even coverage across the entire fixture’s output surface—essential for eliminating hot spots and maintaining uniformity in your lighting setup.
