JBL Commercial CSR-2SV-WHT
The JBL Commercial CSR-2SV-WHT is a wall-mounted control station engineered for distributed multi-room recording and playback applications. Its compact single-gang form factor integrates seamlessly into standard US electrical boxes, putting intuitive hands-on command over zone-based audio systems within arm’s reach—ideal for studios with isolated live rooms, control rooms, or networked monitoring setups that demand real-time source and level management without complex routing infrastructure.
Installation & Connectivity
This control surface connects via Cat 5 cable with RJ-45 connectors, supporting cable runs of up to 1000 feet (305 m) between the station and compatible JBL zone mixers. The extended cable length accommodates multi-room studio topologies and distributed monitoring across larger facilities, enabling remote level and source control from tracking rooms, isolation booths, or secondary listening environments.
Control & Operation
The CSR-2SV-WHT features a rotary knob for real-time volume adjustment and a 2-position dial for source selection, allowing engineers and producers to manage audio playback and monitoring directly from the wall without navigating external control panels. These controls communicate with CSM-21 or CSM-32 zone mixers, making this station essential for home studios, project studios, recording facilities, and multi-room production environments requiring quick source switching and level trim during tracking and playback sessions.
