Fen: Epoch – COMPACT DISCS

2011 release, the sophomore album from the British Metal/Post-Rock band. Already considered one of the best albums of the year, Epoch starts where the previous album, the Malediction Fields, ended: Post Rock, Ambient and Acoustic passages perfectly paint a foggy and desolate landscape, where the apparent stillness is dispelled by Black Metal outbursts. Fen have created a stunning, emotional and intense album you can listen to again and again. And you will never be dissatisfied.
