Extron DTP T USW 233 Switcher

The Extron DTP T USW 233 is a three-input switcher with an integrated DTP transmitter, engineered to send HDMI or analog video, audio, and control signals up to 230 feet (70 meters) over a single shielded CATx cable to Extron DTP-enabled products. It features two HDMI inputs, one VGA input, and one DTP 230 twisted pair output, supporting computer and video resolutions up to 1920×1200 including 1080p/60 and 2K. Analog video input signals are digitized to ensure a high-quality digital video signal is transmitted to the DTP receiver. The switcher offers numerous integrator-friendly features including analog stereo audio embedding, EDID Minder for reliable EDID communication between display and sources, and auto-switching between inputs with configurable priority when multiple sources are active. The analog audio input can be assigned to any of the three video inputs or set to follow the input switch. For added installation flexibility, the transmitter can be remotely powered over the twisted pair connection by a DTP-enabled product, allowing both devices to share one power supply. The unit supports simultaneous transmission of bidirectional RS-232 and IR signals from a control system for remote AV device control without additional cabling. Housed in a 1-inch high, half rack width metal enclosure, the DTP T USW 233 is ideal for discreet placement in lecterns, beneath tables, or wherever input switching and signal transmission are required.
