Sound & Tone
Swamp ash and a roasted maple neck give this left-handed SN-1000HT a bright, articulate voice with strong sustain, and the Hipshot hardtail with string-through-body construction adds firmness and note definition. The Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers cover a wide range, with the Alnico neck offering warmer, rounder lead tones and the Ceramic bridge delivering tight, aggressive high-gain attack, while push/pull Voice 2 on both controls shifts the character mid-song. The 25.51″ scale keeps string tension focused and the scalloped upper frets favor expressive bending, making it a natural fit for rock, metal, and modern progressive playing.
ESP LTD SN-1000HT Lefty Guitar Fire Blast
This left-handed instrument captures articulate highs and sustain-rich lows through its swamp ash body paired with a roasted maple neck—a bright, resonant combination that translates well to tape and digital recording. The thin U-shaped neck profile accelerates fingerboard movement for efficient tracking sessions, while the Fire Blast finish paired with black hardware maintains visual clarity in studio documentation without compromising the instrument’s responsiveness or tonal character.
Recording & Playing Feel
The Macassar ebony fingerboard with compound radius (300–400mm) tracks cleanly across rhythm and lead passes without playback artifacts. 22 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets with scalloping from fret 17–22 lock vibrato and bending into the high register with precise intonation, while the 42mm bone nut transmits full harmonic content and delivers optimal string spacing for left-handed recording work.
Studio Tone & Signal Path
Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers (Alnico neck, Ceramic bridge) offer two distinct voices for layering and automation within a session—push/pull controls on both volume and tone switch between characters without re-amping. The Hipshot hardtail bridge with string-through-body design and LTD locking tuners lock down intonation across takes and multitrack arrangements, reducing tuning drift between punch-ins and maintains stable harmonic content for mix-ready recordings.
