3rd full-length from L.A. garage pop instigators Cherry Glazerr! Stuffed & Ready is a considerably more introspective record than the breakthrough Apocalipstick, which was released on inauguration day 2017:I am telling my story of how I feel and where I am in life,” says frontwoman Clementine Creevy.“Im exploring my own self-doubt. Im confused about what happiness is and Im searching for my place in the world. With Apocalipstick, I was an over-confident teenager trying to solve the worlds problems. With Stuffed & Ready, Im a much more weary and perhaps cynical woman who believes you need to figure your own self out first. The band tried self-producing the record, but ultimately called upApocalipstick producer Carlos de la Garza when Creevy realized she “wanted a producer to push me, I wanted to be questioned, to rip my songs apart and look at their guts and pour myself open again. And I wanted it to sound massive.” Red colored vinyl pressing released by Secretly Canadian, includes “Daddi,” “Juicy Socks” and more.
