Avitech VCC-8004V Video Control Center

The Avitech VCC-8004V is a professional multi-image video control center engineered for critical monitoring applications in broadcast, production, and AV installation environments. As part of the VCC-8000 series, this 1RU modular processor allows operators to display and monitor multiple video sources simultaneously on a single high-resolution screen, streamlining workflow and reducing equipment footprint. The VCC-8004V specifically features four automatically detecting VGA and DVI inputs, supporting YPbPr component video and resolutions up to 1080i, making it an ideal solution for control rooms, edit suites, and live event production where space is at a premium but comprehensive monitoring is essential.Designed for scalability and flexibility, this unit can operate as a standalone multiviewer or be cascaded with additional VCC-8000 modules, MCC-8004 units, and ACC-8000 accessories to create large-scale monitoring systems of up to 15 modules. The output delivers crisp, high-resolution images up to 1920×1200 WUXGA, with powerful on-screen display features including customizable labels, colored borders, and visual alarms for immediate status awareness. Control is versatile and intuitive, supporting IP-based management via the Galaxy software or RS-232 using the Avitech ASCII Protocol, allowing seamless integration into existing production workflows and third-party control systems.
